Overview
Insights are a valuable tool for creating productive business conversations, turning complex data into clear, powerful actions that improve franchisee performance. They:
Highlight key trends and uncover performance gaps
Streamline communication between franchisees and business coaches
Ensure every decision is grounded in real data—never guesswork
Enable real‑time guidance from corporate teams and coaches, reducing time to action
By leveraging these insights, you’ll drive meaningful improvements and seize opportunities across your business.
How To Request An Insight
Open Insights
From the left-hand menu, select Requests from the dropdown list.
Navigate to the Requests Home Page
The Requests Home Page will display your existing insight requests and their status. Requests that have not been answered by a coach will have a badge that reads "Unanswered"
Create a New Insight Request
Click the + Create Request button.
Configure Your Request
Insight Type: Default is set to Insight Request and is not editable.
Topic: The business KPI that best relates to the insight being created (i.e. Revenue, Closing Ratio, Website Visitors)
Subject: The title for your insight request.
Content: This is room for any additional context and/or a more in-depth description.
Attach Data: A place for you to attach any relevant reports or documents that may add context to the insight request.
Finalize and Create
After filling in all fields and attaching data, click Create Insight Request.
If you navigate back to the Requests Home Page you will see your newly created insight request.
Next Steps - Your Insight Request Is Answered
Once a coach answers your insight request:
You should receive an email notification informing you that your request has been answered
A new insight will appear in the Insights tab on the left-hand menu
The coach-generated response will also be attached to the original request in the Requests tab on the left-hand menu.
When you view the new insight, you will see three sections:
Insight Request
This is your original insight request that you created in the previous section.
Insight Response
This is the coach's answer to your request (aka the Coaching Insight)
Chat
An area for you to continue discussion around the insight.
Chat & Collaborate
Use the chat box at the bottom to discuss the insight in real time.
Enter your message and click the blue arrow to submit.
When Should I Use an Insight?
You're a Home Services Franchisee and you notice that your Closing Ratio is down significantly this quarter, compared to last year.
Issue: Your team is struggling in the sales process somewhere but you're unsure of how to improve.
Our Solution: REQUEST AN INSIGHT! Ask your coach for recommendations and best practices used by other high-performing franchisees to help pinpoint and address the issue.
You're a QSR Franchisee and you've noticed that your paid leads have decreased significantly over the last 30 days.
Issue: You're investing a considerable amount in paid ads, yet the return on investment isn’t meeting expectations.
Our Solution: REQUEST AN INSIGHT! Reach out to your coach to evaluate whether your marketing dollars are being allocated effectively. Your coach might share success stories or alternative strategies from other franchisees within the network that have resulted in improved performance.
You're a Health & Wellness Franchise and are considering offering a new product line or service that’s been introduced to other locations in your network.
Issue: You're weighing the potential benefits of incorporating this offering without risking performance or missing out on additional revenue opportunities.
Our Solution: REQUEST AN INSIGHT! Connect with your coach to review detailed revenue figures from similar locations and determine whether this new offering would be a strategic fit for your business.
