What is a FIT score?
The FIT Score is an aggregation of your franchise network's leading indicators of success that communicates the health of a franchise in a single, easy-to-understand number.
How is my FIT Score calculated?
Our proprietary algorithm takes in the FIT Metrics, which have been identified as leading indicators of franchise success, weights them based on perceived performance impact, and outputs a single comprehensive score that represents the overall franchise health.
What are my FIT Metrics (KPI’s)?
FIT Metrics are the 4 to 12 key metrics that have been identified by the franchisor during your Transitiv implementation process as the leading business KPIs that drive performance for your franchise network.
Where is Transitiv getting the data to calculate my FIT Score?
Data is ingested from a variety of both internal and external data sources related to business, operational, sales, and marketing data. We do our best to accommodate any data needs that you have with 200+ connectors at our disposal. If we don't have an existing connector for a specific data source that you require, we can discuss building out a manual connector for you.

We’re receiving a lot of questions from the network about their data quality and accuracy. What do I do?
Please reach out to your designated customer success representative or success@transitiv.io to set up a time to discuss data quality concerns. In order to streamline the resolution process, please provide the following information:
What metric(s) is/are in question?
Are complaints coming through across the network or are they isolated to one or several franchisees?
If possible, please send us an example of correct data for a specific franchisee and a specific time period.

What is the FIT Weekly Report Card?
Franchisees will receive a FIT Weekly Report Card via email from Transitiv on a weekly basis. This report card is a snapshot of the Franchisee Home Screen and contains your current FIT Score as well as performance across your FIT Metrics over time.
Can I add other users to my Franchisor FIT Account?
Yes, you can add as many users as you would like to your FIT account. In order to add a user, please email success@transitiv.io with the following user information:

Can I get new metrics added to my FIT Score?

How secure is our data within Transitiv?
All data ingested on your franchise network is kept and displayed only through your FIT dashboard. Transitiv will never sell or share your data with any external source for any reason. Connections made into personal external data sources (i.e. Quickbooks, Google Ads, GMB) will only be used for extracting data straight into the Transitiv dashboard for your viewing.
