Login Process
First Time Users:
Each user added to Transitiv will receive a Welcome Email with a One-Time Passcode and Link to Transitiv, similar to the below email:
Once you select the Transitiv button, you will be prompted to a login page where you will enter the One-Time Passcode from the original welcome email.
From here, enter your First and Last name select Save
Established Users:
There are two ways to login to Transitiv after your account is set: Google Authentication and Transitiv One-Time Passcodes.
1) Google Authentication: If you choose to login through Google, please keep in mind the password you are entering is your Google Password. There will be prompts to confirm you are connecting your Google account to Transitiv, select Confirm and continue to login to Transitiv.
2) One-Time Passcode: If you choose this method to login, you will enter your Franchise email and select GET OTP CODE. A One-Time Passcode will be emailed to the email you entered if you are a registered user. Copy/Paste this code back into Transtiiv to complete the login process.
Note:
You will not have a Transitiv specific password when logging into Transitiv.
Google Authentication Specifically: Your franchise email will need to be on Google Email Suite. For example, I have a personal Gmail account, but my Franchise email is Microsoft. I will not be able to login through the Google Authentication with my personal email as it is not associated with my Transitiv account.
Only Franchise emails are used for Transitiv logins.
Manage Users
In Transitiv, you have the ability to add members from your Franchise to your Transitiv Dashboard and the only information you need is their email.
To do this, select Manage Users from the left hand menu and then Invite Users.
Enter their Franchise Email and select their User Role: Location Reader or Location Admin
User Roles Defined:
Location Admins have the ability to add new users, while Location Readers only have the ability to use dashboards.
Multi Location Owners
Multi-location owners will access each account separately in Transitiv. To change your location, go to the Menu bar on the left side and select your desired location from the drop down.
Note:
Transitiv will always show one location at a time, your locations are not rolled up into one report.
Dashboard Functionality
Now that you're logged in, you can play around with your metrics. In Transitiv you have not only have the ability to expose the data that is powering the metrics, but you are able to download this as well. This functionality may not apply to all metrics in your dashboard.
Exposing Underlying Data
To expose the underlying data, you will click on the three dots in the top right corner and select Expose Underlying Data. This will load the data underneath the metric for your view in the app. From here, you can check that the data is correct or even use the filters to slice/dice the data in a way you may prefer to view this chart.
Downloading Data
To download the data select Expose Underlying Data and the Download button in the top right corner.
Downloading Images
To download images select the three dots in the right corner, and scroll to Image
Please note you can only download images of line, bar, and column charts.
